My 2012 Equinox tire pressure light came on , and we found no error, (or so we thought). I dropped by on monday morning, expecting to make an appt for later in the week. WOW, was I surprised! A customer service gent met me at my car, ask how he could help and 30 minutes later I was on my way... found out the tire with the problem was NOT the one shown on my alert screen, but my right rear instead. I was in need of another vehicle for my business after my 1999 Ford Windstar broke down earlier in the week. I met Scott later the same day at my husband's suggestion, "to take a look at another van I saw on line at Jud Kuhn". I test drove an Expedition that was a little more vehicle than I was used to and just started looking at some other options. I checked out 5 more dealerships before coming back to Scott at Jud Kuhn. Scott was very helpful, professional and non threatening. Wednesday, my husband and I met Scott to look again and signed the paperwork on a 2008 Buick Enclave CLX, which I picked up on Thursday. I have absolutely loved driving it so far. This is my family's fourth vehicle purchase from Jud Kuhn. My husband has purchased two Trailblazers, the last one an SS, which he loves, my father a truck a few years ago and my new Buick.
